1. Hit the Gym
When’s the last time you broke a sweat? Getting back into a workout routine will break the daily blahs, get your blood flowing and increase your energy.

8. Plant a Garden

9. Profess Your Love
We sometimes get so busy in our lives that we may neglect to say those magic words, “I love you.” Do it to a friend, family member or your partner. These are words you’ll never regret.
10. Do Nothing
Schedule one day this month where you will do nothing other than be at peace with yourself wherever you are. Do as much or as little as you would like, but this day is just for you — no exceptions. Meditate, read, cook, clean, journal, watch movies, walk in the woods or just sleep. This is your day to recharge.
